Hotel's Favorite. Strangely, the next day, Jan 1, they enforced it so strictly that even guests can no longer park in the open car park, but had to park in the garage.
Thankfully the clearance was 7ft, just enough for my Ford Transit rental to get through. Our room bed sheet with raw fish smell, we asked the house keeping to change the bed sheet, the s house keeping department staff was so rude, finally we had to called their supervisor to resolve the issue, it took almost 2 hours to solve the problem, my kid has to go the bed around midnight!
The service is terrible! We would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. I've stayed at a few Vegas hotels and by far this has been the worst.
Not unbearable, not pretty terrible experience. Check in counter had a super long queue and only 2 or 3 staff on duty.. Was given a room in the East Tower..
Worst thing about this hotel? At night they turn off ALL THE ELEVATORS except Central Tower. In our room, Aircon didn't work for a few hours.
We called front desk, maintenance came and said that shaft is under maintenance, just "turn off the AC and the room will turn cold to the right temp"..
Went back to check in counter, got switched to a room which was probably the living room of a suite with the other parts locked off.
Bed was downgraded to Queen from King and was a fold up bed. Bathroom's bathtub was PEELING. Showed a total lack of maintenance.
Best part of the room? Creepy light silouhettes on top of the curtains. Near LAS Strip, Train Station inside the Hotel Area. We always go to Las Vegas and this is our first time in Westgate.
The staff were Really helpful and very spacious. Thank you. Part of business travel is being able to grab a coffee or quick breakfast before each day Long lines for both every morning at this place.
Everything else was great. The best place to stay for any convention event. Great restaurants and friendly staff. The first rooms assigned the odor of smoking was very strong, I reported to reception and very gentle employee get other two rooms for us and fix the situation.
Facilities are very good as well as casino. Overall we are satisfied with our experience. Great location away from the main strip in Las Vegas if you like quiet and less crowd.

Unethical and unfair. Stay right away from this place. Very poor value for money. It was ok for the money, but would recommend upgrading to nicer room.
Check in and out very quick, staff very accommodate and helpful. Room is big and have a lounge as well, just try to avoid time share people.
Non smoking floor was the best, no smell of cigarettes. Need to use Uber to go to the Strip and the weather is absolutely hot, F.

The staff booked us into events well after our check out date and then abused us when we mentioned their mistake. Avoid this place like the plague.

I found hair follicles on my bed and in bathroom when I entered. Finally the room smelled like smoke throughout the room.

Breakfast not included into the price. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Monorail 5USD per ride and 13USD per day limitless rides is comfortably located 2 steps from the hotel.
Hotel room was not clean, with dust on the tissue box. Saw a bed bug on the bed too. Front desk staff was not friendly as well.
Cleanliness and service can be improved. Second time staying at Westgate. Clean rooms, quick access to the main strip, friendly staff.
Downside is ongoing construction. Very impressed with the room they upgraded us with. Great hotel with fabulous pool area.

BE CAREFUL when booking this hotel with AGODA. Tax in addition to the rent that you pay at AGODA. When you are in Las Vegas you won't use the facilities shops etc.
They are far from the strip area. No water. You need to pay resort fee so you can avail the wifi. The room is quiet old already.
Coffee maker is dirty. The room, linens, towels and view were really great. Two added bonuses were that you could collect a car rental on site and the monorail was right there also.
Had to be moved from the first room because the taps were leaking. The rooms needed to be updated and marinance needs to be done.
No kettle or coffee in the rooms to make more money on site I would imagine. The pool was good but we had to leave early on the Saturday as a private function was there and only found out when got back to my room from a note that was under the door.
A little to late! Resort fees a rort! Cost a lot on the monorail to be to the strip all the time. Bathrooms leave something to be desired for.
Elevators are hit and miss. Donald, Thank you for sharing your experience at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino. Shower tap was leaking for room , we thought we were given a good room close to the carpark for our convenience with the Scenic lift but it was under maintenance the entire time.
The lifts closest to our room were closed every night we return to our hotel at about midnight, so it just took us a longer route back to our room.
Other than that, the room is good enough for a very basic stars, spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay that we snugged at a deal on Agoda.

This hotel is slightly dated but has basic facilities. There are better beautiful hotels. Dated, needs updating, as with rest if Vegas it's expenssive.
Staff are friendly, closer to Mono rail So I can only recommend this hotel as OK but there are better once around. Certainly I will stay somewhere else if I visit Vegas again.

Stayed 4 nights in December During our recent visit to Westgate the buffet was closed often and no one seemed to know when it would open.
When we finally did eat there for champagne brunch, the food was great. And Yode and Matt were great. We enjoyed it. We will be back. Date of stay: May Helpful Share.

My comments will address the services related to the room accommodations and the single meal we enjoyed during our stay.
We arrived about pm and were assigned a room on the 5 the floor. Husband was told all that was left was a room having a Murphy bed, despite our reservation being made several months in advance.
Certainly, we were disappointed. We surmise the reason had something to do with the reservation being made through a condominium timeshare website for a bargain price, but if husband had known when he booked we would be treated to 2 nights on a Murphy bed, he would have booked somewhere else.
If they had no more rooms with queen or king beds, I had to wonder where they were putting all those other people who were lined up …. Date of stay: June Thank you for sharing your experience at our resort.

The pool area was a great place to relax. The hotel staff is very friendly and upbeat! Dinner at Benihana was delicious! Our chef, Kevin, was not only fun to watch, he was very personable and added a little comedy to keep the conversation going!

Pleasant surprise. We used credit card points for our one night stay, and because the points required were really low compared to other four star hotels, we were a little apprehensive.
When we arrived, the check in line was long and slow. There were workers standing around, but only two people behind the desk.
This was the case later at night, too. However, Del from the VIP Front Desk came over and took care of us. She was delightful, interested in our travel plans and gave us an upgrade, water, and complimentary cocktail vouchers.
She answered all of our questions. All of the other workers we encountered after that were also helpful and friendly. Our room had been recently renovated and had a wonderful king bed.
We felt like we were sleeping in a cloud. However, at 5'4" I had to do a little hop …. Thank you for being our guest!

Due to fire hazards, coffee makers are not available within our units. We do, however, offer our guests a variety of restaurants on property that provide our guests with coffee at an added cost.

Lack of freindly greeting attitudes, needed a room to accomidate wife disability did finally ge moved then on wednesday am wife is showering and water cuts off, a call to desk i was told Oh, we had to turn it off for some work.
We were never advised. I tld them well my wife was right in the middle of her shower and to this I was told "Why dont yu think and improvise, use the bottle water in the room..
I did hear housekeeping in hallway so I inquired about notice housekeeper Oh yes, get a letter from my cart we just got them to hand out Tahh Daa letterwas for Tuesday ….
